So the Update that everyone has been waiting for is I have moved rooms! Same suite, just a different room with a bit more space!
This change has been needed! I am looking forward to helping all of my clients; past, present and future!
With this change I will also be able to set up mini Yoga Class sessions!

Hello everyone!! I know it’s been a while since I have posted! I am still here and still around!
Everyone’s journey through this life will have its ups and downs! Remember that you are important and healing comes from within.

I am two weeks and a bit into my recovery period. One day at a time or so they say! I am looking forward to November when I should be back in action and able to help serve you all again!
