Check out what you can do with freeze-drying. This is a wafer of uncooked scrambled eggs. It's super light and airy/fluffy, and once it's crushed, it'll last 25 years in a sealed mylar bag. To use the egg, take 2 spoons full and mix it with a bit of water to get it to 1 egg that looks like you just cracked it and scrambled it before you put it into the pan.

Hey Friends: We just finished a batch of freeze dried, sour apples marinated in a mixture of stevia liquid and Cinnamon powder. It's the best thing we've made so far according to the kids. Stevia has no downside as it is a natural plant that is significantly sweeter than sugar, but does not rot teeth, spike blood sugar or compromise the immune system like sugar. Let us know if you'd like a package or two and we'll do a deal if you get 5 or more.

Our peach batches are finally ready. The flavour is intense and they'll last for 25 years ... technically. However, they likely won't last 60 seconds once you open the package. We're selling them for $2 - $7 LESS than on FB Marketplace or Kijiji. Cost is $8 a bag (40g). Let me know if you'd like any and I can either mail them (added cost, so multiple packs are suggested for way lower postage fee per bag) or you can pick up in Jordan, Ontario!
