I still struggle to comprehend how you could be taken from us so early!

I know we didn’t always see eye to eye Kim and no matter what, I knew you always had my back and I had yours!!

I can’t tell you how many times since you left life here on earth that I found myself wanting to call you and see how you are…and each time I am overcome with sadness knowing you are gone. I gain strength in knowing you are in a better place, are pain free and watching over all of us!!

This week on T.H.A.T. I will be in conversation with Kim Brochu from Cochrane Alberta in Canada

Kim Brochu sadly lost her younger brother Kris Yip who died in January 2023 while riding his bike alone on an indoor trainer in his basement.

Kris suffered a major cardiac event and was found dead on his bike 19 hours later!

To honor Kris’s legacy, Kim created the Kris Yip Memorial Foundation and the Kris Yip Memorial Fondo and uses the platform to raise Coronary Artery Disease (CAD) awareness in Masters Athletes and to the dangers of riding and racing alone on indoor trainer

It’s that time of year again when we get to celebrate who is the most, beautiful, loving, connected, caring, compassionate, badass mommapreneur in the whole wide world!

Thanks for all you do my love and for shining your bright light on the world, even on the darkest of days!

It’s an honor to hold your hand and walk beside you on this journey called life!
