Summer hours begin May 4! 🌿

As we head into the Northern Bruce’s busiest season, we’re adjusting our schedule to better support the people who keep it all running.

With added morning and evening availability throughout the week, it’s now easier to fit acupuncture into your day—before work, after work, or whenever you can take a moment for yourself.

Thank you for all that you do. We’re here to support you through a busy season ✨

Check out the new hours + book your next session! ❤️

T•O•D•A•Y ✨

Today we slowed things down.
Today we listened to the body.
Today we released tension, one point at a time.

Every needle has a purpose — whether it’s easing pain, calming the nervous system, or restoring balance where it’s been off.

Healing doesn’t have to be complicated… sometimes it just starts with showing up.

Ready for your TODAY? 💫

Waking up sneezing nonstop? You’re not alone 🤧

During allergy season, many people rely on antihistamines—but acupuncture offers a natural way to support your body from within.

Seasonal allergies happen when your immune system overreacts to triggers like pollen, leading to inflammation, congestion, sneezing, and itchy eyes.

Acupuncture takes a different approach. Instead of masking symptoms, it helps restore balance by:
• calming the immune response
• reducing inflammation
• relieving sinus pressure and congestion
• supporting the nervous system

Many of our patients find relief from:
• frequent sneezing
• runny or stuffy nose
• sinus headaches
• itchy, watery eyes

Our treatments are designed to help you feel better—naturally and holistically—in a calm, restorative space.

Allergy season is here—don’t wait until symptoms get worse.

Acupuncture is calling… ☎️✨

Time to hit pause, breathe deep, and let the healing begin. 🌿
Because sometimes the best answer is saying YES to yourself!

⏳The time change is here! If you’re feeling a little off after moving the clocks forward, you’re not alone. Our circadian rhythm needs time to adjust.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, each organ has a 2-hour window when its energy (Qi) is strongest. When the time shifts, our internal clock has to recalibrate too. For some people it takes a few days, for others a couple of weeks.

Here are a few simple ways to support your body during the transition:

☀️ Get outside for natural sunlight
🌿 Acupuncture can help regulate your sleep/wake cycles and relaxation
💤 Practice good sleep hygiene (limit screens before bed, practice meditation)
🍵 Try calming foods/herbs like chamomile, honey, or valerian root

Small habits can make a big difference while your body adjusts.
