Tending the Inner Garden
Spring reminds us that growth happens gradually. Just as a garden requires patience, care, and attention, so too does our inner life. Through movement, breath, rest, and reflection, this series invites us to gently tend the garden within.
This course helps you move intentionally, focus on what is meaningful to you, and is the perfect tool to help you move into Spring with direction and ease. This course uses supportive content online, journal prompts, time for reflection, goal setting, yoga asana (poses), pranayama (breath), meditation, and yoga nidra to support your body, mind and spirit.
