Spent the afternoon as a guest speaker with Food processing grad students. We focused almost entirely on scaling…
the part driven by manufacturing, not the fun in the lab.
The part I don’t usually get to dive into in other workshops…because it can induce the zzZzzZzs
But it’s also the part we quietly have to become experts in as product developers.
The equipment doesn’t care how inspired you were at the bench. It cares whether it can run.
Hopefully the message landed: There’s nothing quite like seeing something you’ve worked on for months (or years) finally being made and packaged by the thousands.
Learn to embrace it fam. ❤️
