I have been attending Kari’s classes for over four years. I continue to discover how small changes in my breath and posture significantly improves the process. Initially, I experienced a burning sensation during the breath work. The burning sensation subsided, when I slightly decreased the depth of my inhalation and exhalation. Now, I experience a beautiful tingling, throughout my extremities and a sense of calm. The breath work takes me to states of inner peace that I have never experienced before. Kari provides very precise instructions throughout the classes✨✨.

These seemingly subtle adjustments, significantly improve the overall experience, and maximizes the physical, spiritual and emotional benefits from the movements.
