As a PT of 15+ years and certified FP practitioner (and someone who lived in pain just a few short years ago) I offer a human bio mechanics based approach to fitness that not only restores pain-free movement, but builds a functional muscle and strength.
I work with individuals who are ready to commit to themselves to big picture “gains “and to step back into a body that moves as it should and as it wants did.
