To those looking to feel strong, to run faster, to jump higher, to be their most athletic self… or just looking to not be in pain and discomfort while doing some degree of these other things… We have space for 2-3 new clients!

As a PT of 15+ years and certified FP practitioner (and someone who lived in pain just a few short years ago) I offer a human bio mechanics based approach to fitness that not only restores pain-free movement, but builds a functional muscle and strength.

I work with individuals who are ready to commit to themselves to big picture “gains “and to step back into a body that moves as it should and as it wants did.

Our goal is profound results, that literally reshape physiology and tap into either lost, or next level movement. It is not a quick fix, but a sensible empowering approach to movement training.

My goals as a Coach…
Are not to help you lose weight or to help you tone up that six-pack.
They aren’t to strengthen your squat or dead-lift or get you to do your first or 20th pull up.
My goals are not to help you check a box or to make sure you show up 2 to 3 times per week.
My goals are definitely not to count your reps or hold your hand through tough sets.
As a practitioner, my goals for you are greater and they are potentially more impactful in the bigger life picture.
My goal is to help resolve movement issues or limitations where maybe other treatment options in our system has failed you.
My goal is to eliminate pain and discomfort through better posture and by restoring gait mechanics.
My goal is to work WITH you and empower you to be your strongest, most resilient self, long after we are done working together.
My goal as a coach is to help you help yourself become your best mover and enjoy all the benefits that come with this.
My goals are a bit unique… And so are the results!
