Join us for an evening designed to slow down and embrace yourself.

and have come together to offer a special mini retreat inviting you to get out of your head and into your body.

We will begin with refreshments and an opening circle to set our intentions.

Followed by creating your very own one-of-a-kind, beautiful bouquet of dried flowers. Each stem provided was grown, harvested, and dried with care from

Next you will be guided through bedtime skincare routine including a night mask with using a variety of natural skincare products made in Canada and designed to bring balance, radiance and restoration to your skin.

Lastly, we will close the night out with guiding you through meditation and restorative yoga infused with Reiki
