It's been a while, a long while since I have taught a yoga class... There are many reasons for that, and I always miss it and miss the community very much.

This Saturday at 10am I am teaching a class at 10am, its on ZOOM $10

All levels are welcome, this includes if you haven't stepped foot on a mat in years too! I hope you will join me.

Feeling a bit out of balance? Join me on Saturday, November 21st as we befriend gravity in a skillful way.

This 2 hour yoga workshop is for all levels and abilities. Balance postures create strength, improve posture, improve sense of grounding and improved balance supports longevity in a big way, less falls and less injuries.
