Open your mind and body in a flowing sequence combining the precision of pilates with the flow of yoga. You’ll balance strength and flexibility and move mindfully to the rhythm of your breath. Bring your own mat!
You can pay by the class, but first you need to pre-register on the Sound in Motion student portal, and let us know the day before if you’re planning to attend.
