Understanding the nuance of different emotions can be really helpful in working through them!

Sometimes feelings don’t show up one at a time.

You might feel calm and sad. Hopeful and overwhelmed. Frustrated and still trying.

That doesn’t mean something is wrong. It means you’re human.

Being able to name what you’re feeling is a powerful first step toward understanding it and taking care of yourself.
