Something that keeps coming up lately, is adult women who are receiving ADHD diagnosis later in life. As I was only diagnosed a year ago, this is definitely something that has been validating and heart breaking in equal measure.
Like so many things, gender presentation and how we are socialized can play a big role in how we experience ADHD. There is a new blog post up talking about this and some really interesting stats on this topic!
