I am a Certified Yoga Teacher (Lotus Centre 2002 and Todd Norian Ashaya Yoga 2012) and have been teaching Hatha Yoga to all ages for over a decade. In 2013 I opened a Yoga studio in my home where I offer small group classes (min 3, max 6) for those who are new to Yoga and those who already love Yoga. I teach Hatha Yoga with an emphasis on alignment and combining postures (Asanas) with breathing te
chniques (Pranayama) and relaxation (Savasana) allowing you to release stress and take control of your health. Flexibility is not a requirement!
