Why train in Reiki Level 1?
- you are a Registered Massage Therapist interested in obtaining CEUs in a complimentary modality
- You want self care tools you can use in your personal practice
- Your energy sensitive or empathic and searching for a grounding spiritual practice
- you would like another tool to manage your physical pain
- You want to offer Reiki to clients

You’ll learn how to:
* Channel Reiki safely and confidently
* Practice self-Reiki for stress, pain, sleep, and emotional balance
* Support family, friends, and pets with gentle hands on healing
* Understand and practice energetic boundaries and grounding
* Integrate Reiki into daily life (and existing bodywork, if applicable)

You will Receive:
* Reiki Level 1 attunement
* Hands-on practice
* Guided self Reiki
* Energy hygiene & grounding techniques
* Level 1 Manual
* Certificate with my CRA number allowing you to register with the Canadian Reiki Association

This level is primarily for personal use and self-healing no pressure to perform or practice professionally.

NOW OFFERING at 195 Water street - Monthly One Hour Sacred Sound Alchemy on the last Tuesday of each month. Starting Tuesday February 24 at 6:00 pm🕊️♾️

With the current demand for 1-1 coaching sessions, the 5:30 pm Yoga Tuesdays in Carbonear will be paused until later this spring.

I will continue to offer 5:30 pm Yoga Wednesdays in Old Perlican and Jen Ellsworth of Balanced Life Studio offers many wonderful yoga styles for you to explore in the interim at Carbonear Studio🧘‍♀️

6:00 to 7:00 pm Sacred Sound Alchemy- a one hour Meditation and Immersive Sound Bath $25

This immersive session is designed to gently guide you out of the noise of everyday life and into deep inner resonance. Surrounded by layered frequencies, healing tones, and guided meditation, your nervous system is invited to soften, reset, and recalibrate.

Through intentional vocal and Instrumental sounds and grounding guidance, you’ll be supported to:
• Release stored tension and mental clutter
• Drop into a meditative, restorative state
• Reconnect with your body and breath
• Access clarity, insight, and inner calm

Starting Tuesday February 24 at 6pm one the LAST TUESDAY MONTHLY 6:00 to 7:00 pm SACRED SOUND ALCHEMY - A One-Hour Meditation and Immersive Sound Bath $25 Vocal and various Instruments offer sound to recalibrate your nervous system, release tension and reconnect with your breath and body.

I had my first snowshoe of 2026 on the morning of February 1, just a few hours before Sebastian came home to celebrate his 25th birthday 🎉🎈🎂

Since then, Scott and I fit in a few snowshoe expeditions and snowmobile rides behind Lower Island Cove. A great start to truly enjoying this winter.
