Yoga is not about fancy poses, difficult breathwork, or advanced body locks. These are simply tools, not the destination.
We all have different bodies, abilities, preferences, and limitations.
We don’t use the body to do yoga. We use yoga to get into the body to listen, connect, and come home to ourselves.
Why Lead yourself first? Because if we cannot regulate our own nervous system or navigate our emotions with awareness, how can we effectively support others?
Psychological safety and emotional regulation begins within. When we feel grounded and secure in ourselves, we are better able to create environments where others feel seen, heard, respected, and safe to express themselves without fear of judgment.
The quality of our presence determines the quality of our impact on clients, whether they are receiving coaching, reiki or yoga.
