I am excited to announce that with the weather starting to feel a bit more reasonable, I am offering my Walk and Talk sessions again!
Walk and talk therapy is a great way to explore therapy as it provides a soothing setting that may feel more comfortable than a video call or sitting in an office together. Walk and Talk sessions allow connection to nature while working on healing your mental wellness and exploring how gentle movement can be a positive outlet.
