This is a deeply relaxing treatment woven through with energy healing and potent acupressure and reflexology points, tailored to your specific needs. I typically address all major muscle groups and patterns of tension, with care for joints, hands, feet and head for an all-over experience that also nurtures the nervous system.
This is an oil massage that will leave you feeling nourished, revitalized and glowing from within.

*𝑫𝒆𝒆𝒑 𝑻𝒊𝒔𝒔𝒖𝒆 𝑴𝒂𝒔𝒔𝒂𝒈𝒆*
Often preferred by athletic folk with dense muscle mass, these sessions incorporate much heavier pressure and can "dig in" with elbows and knuckles for release in the deep muscle layers.

*𝑨𝒄𝒖𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒖𝒓𝒆*
This is a great option if you would like to focus on a specific area or condition. Pressure points are held for 1-2 minutes along meridians - the energy channels of the body - increasing blood and energy flow, reducing pain, and balancing the body-mind. Acupressure can be done as an oil massage or a fully clothed treatment - your choice.

For the above 3 types of sessions, I highly recommend 75 or 90 minutes but one hour (60 minute) sessions are also offered.

*𝑹𝒆𝒇𝒍𝒆𝒙𝒐𝒍𝒐𝒈𝒚*
This hour-long session starts with 15 minutes of pressure points on the head and hands, followed by 40 minutes on the feet and finishes with a 5 minute foot cream massage.
Please wear comfortable clothes that allow access from the feet up to the mid-calf.

Reiki is a very gentle and relaxing treatment in which the practitioner channels qi - universal energy - that travels to wherever it's most needed in the receiver. Common sensations include warmth, tingling, muscular and emotional release, and vivid imagery.

I am currently available for wonderful full-body table massage, acupressure, Reki energy work and reflexology sessions (I typically weave these all into a synergistic treatment but they can also be standalone sessions).

Plus you can find me at the Friday market for back/neck/shoulders massage on a professional massage chair $20/15 minutes

What an important lesson that I am still very much learning after four decades of romping this planet. I lean on intuition to choose the right action (or stillness!) at the right time, and honing our intuition is a lifetime’s work all its own.

Here are some physical-plane resources that really work for me and I often recommend:
🔅𝒎𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 – whether stretching, a walk or hike, summer swims or dancing around the house, our bodies love to move, ideally every day, especially if we spend a lot of time sitting
🔅𝑬𝒑𝒔𝒐𝒎 𝒔𝒂𝒍𝒕 𝒃𝒂𝒕𝒉𝒔 – these are detoxifying, relaxing, and wonderfully unwind tense muscles. Use at least 2 cups of salts per regular tub and stay in for at least 20 minutes. Great way to prepare for sleep
🔅𝒂𝒃𝒉𝒚𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒂 – Ayurveda, Yoga’s sister-science, highly emphasizes the practice of daily self-massage with oil as a way to nourish joints and tissues, and increase longevity. I don’t do this nearly as often as I’d like to, but every time I do, I feel my body give a pleasurable sigh of relief.
There are a million more ways to take care of yourself that can easily fit into a daily routine, or at least several times a week. What are your favorites?.

How much do we gain when we let the mind calm its habitual chatter? When the joyful, wise essence within us can emerge in the silence a quiet mind affords? How much more could we be if we stopped telling ourselves the exact same stories about what happened and who we are, especially in all the ways that disempower and keep us small?

The mind is a powerful tool, and yet it needs to be examined regularly for which of its automated playback loops are beneficial, and which we have outgrown – for even the most critical voice inside likely once had good intentions about protecting us from the world.

So the invitation is to keep growing and evolving by first beginning to observe: 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘀? And gradually – how can we w**d that garden so that the most beautiful blooms have the nourishment they need to blossom and give off their gorgeous scents of inner peace, self-acceptance and fulfillment?

There are so many paths to our innermost self, from meditation to mindfulness to breathwork to sage philosophies to journaling to creative expression to sharing the path with other humans…

Welcome touch can be incredibly soothing for the nervous system. It helps to bring our attention more fully to our body through the felt sensation, subduing the mind’s chatter and concerns, inhabiting the present moment.

And what is alive in the body? There might be muscle tension, discomfort, unexpressed emotions, a longing to move, a need for rest. All of these can be acknowledged and transmuted with 𝑏𝑟𝑒𝑎𝑡ℎ.

I highly encourage my clients to direct their mind toward consciously 𝑏𝑟𝑒𝑎𝑡ℎ𝑖𝑛𝑔 into the physical sensations that arise during a session, be it hands-on or energetic healing work. Your conscious awareness can infinitely expedite the transformation of stuck energies, holding patterns and pain or tension that want to find their way out of your body-mind and become something new, liberated and liberating, expansive, spacious.
