I’ve been thinking a lot the past few days about New Year r e s o l u t i o n s ✨ & their importance.
Do I think they’re important?
A b s o l u t e l y ✔️
But are they subject to change?
A b s o l u t e l y ✔️
Not change b/c you don’t f e e l like following through . . .
but changing because you as an individual should also be changing
t h r o u g h o u t the year!
A L L year round we should be challenging ourselves.
Making promises to ourselves & k e e p i n g those promises as we grow!
So that’s why it took so long for me to settle on my own r e s o l u t i o n s . . .
So what are mine?
Condition myself E V E R Y D A Y to be the wife, mom, coach & woman I W A N T to be
Condition myself P H Y S I C A L L Y to reach my fitness goals while staying in my current mindset. . .
A m i n d s e t that is:
✔️ k i n d to my mind & body
✔️ d i s c i p l i n e d to work on days I know I can work
✔️ d i s c i p l i n e d to rest when I know it’s time to rest
✔️ p a t i e n t with my myself & those around me
Of course there are some more specific resolutions & goals sprinkled in there & I will definitely fill you in along the way, but in general I hope to be just this:
disciplined, patient & kind.
