Embrace a community that values authentic connection, alignment with the natural world, and the miraculous rise of spirit within each of us. There’s an unrelenting aliveness in each of us that with the right conditions, knows how to heal. I believe we all need safety, connection, and belonging to thrive, but through trauma, detachment etc, many of us haven’t learned how to create it, discern it, or trust it. Because of my own wellness journey, I know that with the right medicine/wisdom, we are all capable of healing, in fact we’re programmed for it. Healing happens in community, and I'm not the expert. Spirit Rising Healing Collective is a studio space for passionate people to share their teachings, and anything else that lights them up with the community. Genuine connection is what heals us. Come gather and connect at Spirit Rising, and find something that inspires you! I’m passionate about facilitating safe and creative spaces for individuals and groups in identifying and making meaning of their own feelings and experiences. Through a variety of activities, topics, sharing circles, creative workshops, ceremony and genuine connection, my hope is to empower folks to trust their inner wisdom, recognize their inherent worth and support them in moving towards their goals and values. Some of the content I’ve facilitated has been centred around empowerment, grief, recovery, cultural connection, self esteem, rites of passage, ancestral healing, moon teachings, intention, land based healing, sexualized violence, somatic awareness, boundaries, social justice, solstice celebrations, expressive art therapy etc. My groups and sessions are structured intentionally using various immersive modalities like sound healing, ritual, guided meditation, writing, somatic practice, expressive arts and more, to aid in an embodied experience. I am a mixed Indigenous European female identifying person and have been on an intentional healing journey for many years. I draw wisdom in my practice from respected elders, teachers and wisdom keepers from my own nation and across turtle island. As a social justice advocate, I bring a grounded social analysis and a collective liberatory lens to all of my work. I have certificates in Earth Medicine, Embodied Social Justice, and Mind Body Somatic Coaching.

This group is offered by donation, because we believe cost should never be a barrier to community healing.

I’m an Artist, Jewelry Designer, Earth Medicine Practitioner and a grateful student of this magical journey called life. I have mixed Indigenous, European roots and draw wisdom from my heritage and respected teachers of The Shamanic Way. I’ve always found great comfort in the reliability of nature, like the simple daily rising and setting of the sun. Engaging with the natural world, ritual, ceremony and Sisterhood has restored my Spiritual Connectedness and become my life blood.
Because of my own walk with trauma, I know that with the right medicine/wisdom, we can heal ourselves. Wounds and untruths can be transformed, and a feeling of connectedness to all things is possible. The miraculous healing i found is what led me to study Shamanism and how to share it. It’s my mission and passion to create safe spaces to help people transform pain and disconnection into spiritual wellness by connecting with the natural world and the spirit in all things.
Alongside Earth Medicine, ‘making’ has become a necessary & spiritual part of my daily life. Restless Raven Designs was founded out of the need to express my creativity intuitively; to go where my heart takes me with my jewelry pieces and art.
