Prepping all the things for my kids yoga & mindfulness program starting again next Monday 💫

This term I’m so lucky to be teaching at:
🌿 Alexander Robinson Elementary — Mondays
🌿 Alouette Elementary — Tuesdays
🌿 Glenwood Elementary — Wednesdays

Teaching kids how to calm their nervous systems, build mindfulness skills, and have FUN while doing it truly fills my heart. So grateful for this work 🫶💛
