👯♀️ No two people are exactly alike. That is why the assessment is so essential in creating a plan to get you feeling better, moving well and getting strong.
🗺️ So, let’s talk about that roadmap.
☝🏽 Do you have pain? We want to put our finger on it! Then we can suggest which tools we have that can reduce pain.
✌🏽 Do you have limited movement? We want to figure out what is causing the limitation… and you guessed it, offer tools we have that can improve pain-free movement.
👌🏽 How can we make it functional? Our joints aren’t meant to move in isolation - we move through the world using complex movements (without even realizing it). We work to combine improvements in pain and movement from our treatments in steps 1 + 2 into functional movements which improve mobility, coordination, strength and confidence.
🖖🏽 We do this again and again and again. It takes consistency and time to make lasting change. At THE HIVE, we meet you where you are - whether we send you home with exercises (that you will do religiously, right?) or we see you in the gym a couple times a week.
