Martensville Youth Connection was created through a partnership between Possibilities Recovery Center and Carter’s Counseling Services as a drop-in service for youth in Martensville and surrounding areas to support their mental health by providing educational opportunities, activities, community involvement and so much more. MYC operates Monday-Friday evenings and has outgrown their current space, as more youth are utilizing this opportunity.

The future of the MYC is in jeopardy and without financial support; this important initiative will no longer continue to operate, despite its growing need within the community.

A group of local businesses and residents have decided to come together to help ensure the MYC can continue to support the youth within the region, and created ‘Friends of the MYC’ as a way to raise funds and awareness about the MYC.

To learn more about the program, visit https://possibilitiesrecovery.ca/myc-youth-program or the Martensville Youth Connection page. Contact ‘Friends of the MYC’ via Facebook, or email friendsofthemyc@gmail.com to find out how you can help ensure the long-term future of the MYC.
