Cultivating Personal Practice
This 3.5 hour workshop is offered as a support to help establish a personal, home based yoga practice (sadhana).
We will look at ways to develop an intelligent yoga practice that suits your individual physical, mental and energetic needs. As well, we will explore ways to overcome obstacles that may prevent you from cultivating a daily yoga practice.
There are myriad demands and distractions constantly calling for attention, carving out time for daily yoga practice can help harmonize, regulate and soothe the nervous system.
Saturday May 7th, 8:30 - 12pm Fee $45
Stilling the Centre: Turning Inward to Expand Outward
During this 3.5 hour workshop we will explore a variety of practices including asana, pranayama, yoga nidra, and meditation to draw us closer toward the still point, settling the body and mind in order to find a solid foundation
in which to expand outward, with ease, free from habitual holding patterns of the body and the fluctuations of the conditioned mind.
Sunday July 10th 8:30 - 12pm Fee $45
