4 easy ways to take action and make BIG changes
The Fearful to Confident Mini-Challenge for Moms is a great way to add more balance to your life, reduce emotional overwhelm, cultivate confidence, face your fears and start working on your goals in just 6 days!
This is a great way to kick start your way to being calm and content.

1. Adopt a learner’s mindset: Spend the next six days opening your mind to how you feel, reflecting on the exercises, and asking yourself “What can I learn from this activity?”

2. Use a journal: Use your journal or buy a notebook you love to use for the next 6 days and beyond.
3. Be coachable: Be open-minded, ready for change, take the small steps and ask for help when needed. I’m going to be around for the next week to answer your questions.
