Seeing posts like this really make me want to get back into playing with my oils and create my products again- would there be any interest if I did? It would be a smaller product line of only my top sellers: like Tweaked a Femur pain blend, Sleep sprays, 2BWell, Awake & Refresh, and the all-time favorite Soul SOS ❤️

What was your favorite blend I made? I'd love to know :)

Bring the crisp, fresh scent of the forest into your home with our Pine - Scotch Essential Oil! Steam distilled from the leaves and twigs of tall evergreen conifers, this pale yellow oil offers a clean, slightly citrusy aroma with strong aromatic presence. Perfect for diffusing, candle making, or incorporating into your soaps and bath products, it’s a natural way to refresh your space and elevate your creations.

💡 Blends beautifully with: Tea Tree, Sage, Niaouli, Eucalyptus, Cedarwood, Rosemary, and Juniper.
⚠️ Tip: Always dilute before skin application. Not for internal use.

Focusing on stress reducing measures is more than just 'because the Doctor said so'- it is the difference between your body making the hormones you need in order to FUNCTION or not. There is no in-between. And it all leads back to the Jaw and proper breathing :)

Want to know more? Check out my website: www.b2pur.com

🌸 Hormone health isn’t just about what you eat or how you move, your nervous system plays a huge role too. When stress runs high, hormones can fall out of balance, leaving you feeling tired, moody, or off-track.

~4.5 hours until 1st pitch, let's go Jays! I remember the '92 and' 93 series and that was quite an emotional roller-coaster! Where's Joe Carter when you need him? 😉

Will you be watching the World Series this year??

After 5 years of planning and 2 other failed attempts at getting this course to happen, it finally did 😀.

Day one was how the Lymphatics affect the Immune and Nervous system, then how to recognize and treat a problem with the Vagus Nerve.

17 practitioners from Medicine Hat, Bow Island, and Carstairs, AB... Kindersley, Leader, Maple Creek, and Swift Current, SK, one all the way from Vancouver Island, and one guy all the way from the UK to teach us is turning into an informative and fun group class.

Big shout out to for keeping us properly caffeinated!

Where Does All the Puffiness Go After Lymph Drainage? 🤔

Spoiler alert: It doesn’t just disappear into thin air!

Let’s talk about the magic behind your favorite lymphatic therapy!
You know that floaty, light feeling after your drainage session? That “I-can-see-my-ankles-again” moment? That “my-face-feels-snatched” glow?

Well… have you ever stopped and asked:
“Where does all the puffiness actually GO?”

Let’s break it down — the fun way!

1. Puffiness = Trapped Lymph

That swelling or bloating you feel? It’s your lymph system waving a little white flag 🚩, asking for help. It’s a backup of fluid, toxins, immune cells, and waste that needs a proper exit strategy!

2. Enter: The Drainage Diva (aka Your Therapist!)

Using gentle, rhythmic movements 👐, we guide this backed-up fluid out of your tissues and into your lymph vessels — like opening the highway toll gate for traffic to finally flow 🚗💨

3. The Journey Begins: Drain to Vein

Once your lymph fluid is moving, it travels through your lymph nodes (your body’s detox hubs) 💚 where it gets filtered. Think of these as tiny spa stations where bad stuff gets kicked out and good stuff gets processed.

From there, the clean fluid is returned to your bloodstream ❤️ and then sent to your liver and kidneys for even more detox magic ✨ — and then…

(drum roll) 🥁
…flushed out of the body through urine 🚽, sweat 💦, and sometimes stools 💩. Yes, your lymph literally leaves the body when you p*e, sweat, or p**p!

4. Why You P*e So Much After a Session

So many of our Lymphies run to the loo right after therapy — and that’s a GREAT sign! It means your body is saying,
“Thanks babe, I’m releasing what I no longer need!”
BYE toxins! ✌️

This is your system doing the work it was created to do — with a little boost from us!

5. But Wait… There’s More!

When your lymph flows:
• Inflammation drops 🔥
• Your immune system gets stronger 🛡️
• You feel lighter, more energized, and even happier! ☀️
• Puffiness says BYE FELICIA! 👋

Your Post-Drainage Checklist:

To keep those puffies away and keep your lymph flowing, remember:
✅ Hydrate like a queen 👑
✅ Move your body (walk, bounce, dance — it all counts!) 🕺
✅ Eat clean (anti-inflammatory foods are your BFF) 🥦
✅ Breathe deeply 🧘‍♀️
✅ Pray and rest – even your lymph responds to peace ✝️

So next time someone asks why you’re glowing, just wink and say:
“Oh, just sent some toxins on a one-way trip outta here!” 💁‍♀️✨

What You’ll Learn:

Days 1 & 2: RESET101 – Vagus & Lymph Crossover

Deep dive into the nervous system, with a focus on the vagus nerve and its role in gut health, inflammation, organ regulation, and stress recovery.

Explore lymphatic anatomy, flow patterns, and how lymphatic dysfunction shows up in clients.

Hands-on practice:
• Assessing vagus nerve function & stimulating vagal hotspots

• Clearing cranial lymph pathways (sinus, cervical) & abdominal/mesenteric drainage

• Resetting TMJ, integrating trigeminal / vagus connections

Learn the cross-system interactions: how lymphatics and vagal tone support one another.

Day 3 (Optional): Advanced Vagus, TMJ & Lymphatics

-Go deeper into TMJ, sphenoid & cranial mechanics, including tongue & hyoid relationships to the vagus.
-Advanced neck releases, vision / neural integration for optimal vagal function
-Expanded lymphatic work: pelvis, arms, legs; enhanced abdominal & digestive drainage.

Why This Course Matters to You as a Therapist

Stand out in your field — few practitioners integrate vagus + lymph work into their treatment plans; you’ll gain tools very hard to find elsewhere.

Get deeper results — clients with musculoskeletal challenges often resist full recovery unless underlying neurological and fluid systems are supported.

Build a more “whole-istic” practice — connect anatomy, neurology, immunity, and fluid mechanics into a seamless approach.

Expand your toolkit — add techniques that assist with stress, digestion, sinus issues, headaches, and other systemic presentations.

Immediate value — all practical techniques are given in class AND available afterwards as video content, so you can revisit and integrate.

Course Details:
Dates: October 17 & 18 (RESET101) + Day 3 (Oct 19) for advanced work

If you’re ready to bring transformative, integrative therapy into your practice and offer something truly unique to your clients, this is your chance.

How allergies and an injury turned into a career......

I’ve had allergies my entire life. MY. WHOLE. LIFE. It started with dairy products as an infant, then progressed to cats, scents, coconut, and fish as I got older. Some are mild, some moderate, one is extreme.

Learning how to avoid common triggers isn’t always easy as a child, so taking allergy pills was a weekly occurrence. Trying to find a job avoiding these triggers was harder. Working in the public exposed me to perfumes and scented lotions causing headaches, ‘flu- like symptoms, and sinus infections.... so I got a job in an insulation packing plant where I could wear a face mask and/or respirator on every shift. It was hard work and being a petite female made it even harder but I was determined to work twice as hard to prove I was just as good as the guys....and developed a repetitive strain injury less than a month into the job.

I was working 12 hour shifts doing the same movements day after day. One morning I woke up and my ring finger on my left hand was tingling. It soon spread to my pinkie finger and then ring and pinkie on my right hand as well. I was referred to a doctor who said I had carpal tunnel, an ER doctor told me there was nothing wrong/that he could do, a chiropractor to fix my crooked neck and back posture, and a massage therapist to loosen up my arms. NONE of them did any type of nerve tests to see where the problem was coming from or help alleviate the now searing pain that was shooting down the back of my left arm from armpit to fingers. Then I was sent to a chiropractor who specialized in A.R.T. and soft tissue injuries....

After 1-3 treatments a week for 6 months the problem was GONE. It required stretching 4x daily, bi-weekly massage, and weekly chiro appointments to keep the scar tissue from coming back and my problem from returning. I decided I wanted to help people like that and enrolled in the massage therapy program at Medicine Hat College in 2002. We learned physiology, pathology, orthopedics, biomechanics, and I discovered my love of Anatomy. Classes included lumbar assessments, abdominal massage, pre- and post- natal and labour and delivery massage, TMJD (Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction) and MVA (Motor Vehicle Accident) treatments.... While there I was offered the chance to take an ‘Aromatherapy and the Therapeutic Uses of Essential Oils’ course as an add-on to my massage therapy training. “Essential oils can make your hands feel stronger and feel 3” deeper”. I was intrigued but skeptical since I was allergic to ‘scents’. It was here that I met a man who has since become my mentor in essential oils- Blaine Andrusek of Blaine Andrusek Phytotherapeutics based in Calgary, AB.
