I chat with people all day long. I talk home decor. I talk mom issues. I talk grandma life. I talk business. I talk health. I talk struggles. I talk goals. I talk weight. I talk p**p. I talk wellness. I talk water. I talk mindset. I talk consistency. I talk body confidence. I talk supplements. I talk food. I talk real life.⁠
One of the biggest hangs ups for many is the “after.”⁠

After the baby comes.⁠
After the wedding.⁠
After the vacation.⁠
After the month.⁠
After the little goes to kinder.⁠
After the kids sleep through the night.⁠
After the job starts.⁠
After the move.⁠
After the school year.⁠
After the holiday.⁠
After I make more income.⁠

We’re always waiting for the next life season to pass before we move forward. The truth is, there is ALWAYS a life season...and we have to be the ones to make the forward move. There’s always something or someone. ⁠

No matter the life season, we deserve to be a priority. ⁠
We deserve to feel well. Our health starts with us, no motivational book or podcast can spark that “move” inside of us. No gym membership can make the goal happen. No supplement can do the work on its own.

There’s no better season, than the season we are each in...even with the obstacles. Sometimes we have to make modifications and give some personal grace, but our wellness and health still matter.⁠
It’s ok if it looks different from other seasons. It’s up to us to make the move. Forward is a pace. 🌿🖤⁠

4 tips to eliminate imposter syndrome!
Imposter syndrome can be a real challenge to overcome, but there are steps you can take to eliminate it. Here are four tips to consider:
1) Recognize your accomplishments: Focus on your successes and accomplishments, and allow yourself to feel proud of them. Write them down if necessary, and remind yourself of them regularly.

2) Talk to someone: Discussing your feelings with someone you trust can help you gain perspective and realize that you're not alone. You may also find that they've experienced similar feelings themselves.

3) Reframe your thoughts: Try to reframe your negative thoughts into positive ones. Instead of thinking "I'm not good enough," try thinking "I've worked hard and have the skills to succeed." Practice positive self-talk regularly to reinforce this new way of thinking.

4) Become aware of the root cause, override the triggers and limiting beliefs and embrace new, positive and empowering beliefs in one healing session with me!

My favorite cool beverage for summer is lemon lime hydrate because there is nothing like ice cold lemonade on a hot day!
