I’ve been slowly preparing some of my favourite small-batch offerings for the Viking Christmas Farmers Market on December 4th, and I wanted to share what I’ll have with me:

✨ Whipped Tallow Creams
Including a gentle new seasonal scent — Peppermint. Simple, thoughtful stocking stuffers that feel beautiful on winter skin.

🍞 Fresh Sourdough
A small batch of homemade sourdough loaves, plus a few cinnamon raisin sourdough loaves.

🍫 Ceremonial Cacao
I’ll have warm cacao to try, along with individual servings you can take home for your own quiet moments.

🌿 And a Few Extras
Just some simple little things I’ve been creating — I’ll share more at the market.

What if your animal’s “behavior” is actually a response to their food? 🐾

This month, I worked with 4 different cats who were excessively scratching, anxious, and/or peeing in random places. Their owners were doing everything they could — but nothing helped… until we looked at their food.

Most people don’t realize how much an animal’s body and behavior can shift when we change what they’re eating. But once we removed the trigger and chose a cleaner option, the changes were fast.

Before assuming it’s “behavior,” take a look at their food — it’s often the first place to start. And if you want guidance, send me a message. I’d love to support you and your animal at the root. 🤍
