Nelson Mandela always stood with Palestine. Be on the right side of history.
Stand with Palestine. Show your support. Don't be among those who watched over genocide and did nothing to stop it.

All the western powers (US/UK) supporting Israeli war crimes today, once deemed Nelson Mandela a terrorist and applauded his arrest. They were wrong then, they are wrong today.

So many "Mental Health Allies" are always quoting Gabor Mate' on trauma and healing. Yet, their silence is deafening right now! Not a peep out of them against this unimaginable trauma, war crimes and total extermination of children, women and innocent civilians. You can not be an advocate for healing and mental health, and stand silent against occupation, genocide and war crimes.

We've all been mired with doubt at one point or another. Major decisions and transitions are never easy. Doubt comes for all of us. It can be crippling and devastating. But it doesn't have to be. It can help us in being careful and mindful of our choices and decisions.
