Things I’d never normalize as an upper cervical chiropractor 🧠:
👉🏼 waking up exhausted every day
👉🏼 constant brain fog
👉🏼 needing caffeine just to function
👉🏼 headaches becoming part of your routine
👉🏼 living in flight or flight 24/7
👉🏼 feeling off and being told everything is normal
👉🏼 a nervous system that never gets the chance to rest
Just because something is common, doesn’t mean it’s normal.
Your body is constantly adapting to stress - physical, chemical, and emotional.
When the nervous system stays stuck in survival mode long enough, dysfunction starts to feel “normal”.
It doesn’t have to stay that way.
