I’m sure many are wondering the efficacy of cannabis as to musculoskeletal or chronic non-cancer pain. Unfortunately current systematic review and meta-analysis conclude “it seems unlikely” and “there is minimal evidence they are effective in improving emotional and physical functioning”.
