What's the one thing that you truly want? What's the one thing you can do today? What's the one thing you can do right now.

Yes...you're worth it. As a human being, you are far more capable than you think.

I believe in you. Consider setting your phone aside and do that one thing, even in a small way, right now.

Struggling with PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, Pain or Addictions? Too anxious to try therapy? Tried therapy before and it didn’t work? EMDR 2.0 might be for you!

EMDR 2.0 is an enhanced version of EMDR Therapy. It rapidly reprocesses trauma memories by taxing a client’s working memory capacity when recalling a traumatic memory.

Why? Because your brain can’t multi-task! It can’t hold a trauma memory in mind and do many things at once.

When you try to ‘juggle’ your trauma memory while doing the grape vine, bilateral eye movements, spelling words forwards and backwards or other tasks all at once, your brain drops all the balls!

When it ‘picks up the memory ball again’ or when it leaves working memory and goes back into long-term memory, it’s reconsolidated or stored differently without distress!
