"Tabula rasa is a Latin phrase for "blank slate," referring to the philosophical idea that individuals are born without innate mental content, and all knowledge comes from experience, perception, and learning." 🧭
Each day gives us the chance to begin again, like opening a fresh page. When it comes to working on ourselves, this blank page matters. It means we can leave yesterday’s struggles behind and focus on today’s goals. Every small step forward—every little win—adds up toward the bigger picture. Progress doesn’t have to be perfect, you just have to keep moving forward.🌱

When we stop resisting reality, we create space to breathe, let go, and feel a sense of freedom. Acceptance doesn’t mean we approve of what’s happening—it means we acknowledge it as it is, which becomes the first step toward peace and change.💛
