Are you a side sleeper?
That’s great but as a recommendation you can use a small pillow under your neck so you can keep your head aligned with your spine, also you can bend your knees and use a pillow between them so you avoid the twist on your hips.

If you have low back pain, lie down with pillow under your knees. If that doesn’t help you can put more pillows or even you can use a chair . This will help to relieve the tension on your back.
