📣🚩Does your child complain of stomachaches or headaches with no clear cause? Avoid school, cling to routines, or melt down over what seems like “small” things?

These might be signs of anxiety—and they often go unnoticed because anxiety in children doesn’t always look how we expect.

Instead of saying “I’m anxious,” kids might show it like this:
😣 Physical symptoms like stomachaches or sleep issues
🚪 Avoiding school, activities, or new situations
🌀 Repeating the same worries or needing constant reassurance
😠 Getting easily frustrated or seeming defiant
🎯 Perfectionism or fear of making mistakes
😶 Withdrawing socially or becoming unusually quiet

These are not bad behaviours. They’re signs that your child’s nervous system is working overtime—and they need support, not shame.
