We then asked the judges what we needed to improve and as an athlete in this sport that is crucial. Knowing the direction you need to go, in order to continue to get better. Now that we have that direction we will continue to get better everyday and that’s what this beautiful sport is all about. 🔥

Coaching myself is something that I dreamed of when I first started my bodybuilding journey.
After not being satisfied with the way I left the stage in 2018, I was determined to bring a package I was finally proud of and to do it self coached. I was tested mentally, physically and spiritually doing it for myself but that is what made this prep was one for the books.
I learned so much about myself, the sport, and what it takes to be both a bodybuilding coach and competitor.
I started this company with the sole purpose of helping other achieve the best version of themselves and I truly believe me being in the trenches with everyone showing we can all have anything we want in life has brought so much peace to my life.
Hold yourself accountable because you can really do anything you want in this life, that’s the Bionic way 💪🦁

Team Bionic is so excited for another Bikini Athlete to get on stage to close off this years competition season with a bang! 🔥
Wendy started working with us originally aiming to improve her body composition in late 2021. With months of work in the off-season, bridging into her competition phase which started 12 Weeks ago we are closing in to her bigger goal of getting on the bodybuilding stage 🔦💪

What an amazing showing this weekend by Team Bionic Mens Physique Athlete 🦁
Results:
Junior Class: 2nd 🥈
Mens Class C: 5th Place 🏅
We both learnt so much and I am so proud of this young man for the dedication he has shown even outside of this prep.
Ryan was 165lbs his first show in 2020 (@19 y/o) and this year weighed in at 180lbs on stage with a much more full and mature package at just 21 Years Old!! 👏🔥
We will be coming in full speed ahead 🚆chasing our goal of becoming Junior National Champ come 2 weeks at the
