⭐️MEET OUR MASTER HERBALIST PRACTITIONER⭐️

Jennifer Alexander, B.Ed., M.A. ,C.M.H. is a Mind Calm & Mindfulness Coach and a Certified Master Herbalist dedicated to holistic wellness and root-cause healing. With 22 years of experience as a high school and college instructor, she transitioned in 2022 to follow her lifelong passion for herbal medicine, completing her studies in the fall of 2024.

Jennifer now empowers both children and adults through Mind Calm coaching, helping them cultivate inner peace and resilience. Additionally, she offers herbal therapy consultations, crafting custom tinctures to support clients on their healing journeys.

When she’s not guiding others toward wellness, Jennifer finds joy in exploring nature and adventuring with her son.
