Sleep isn’t just about night time. Good sleep happens when your mind is calm and your body’s energy is balanced.

There are a few simple steps you can take to support your body during the day for better sleep.

- Drinking a calming, herbal tea in the evening after supper (decaffeinated of course)
- Keep the body warm in the evenings (think warm socks & epsom salt baths before bed)
- Walks outside during the day for Liver Qi (energy) support
- Regular acupuncture appointments

In TCM, it’s not just about the uterus, we look at the body as a whole (circulation, hormones, digestion, and the nervous system).
