1. Anxiety is a liar.
2. Your body needs peace more than your mind needs answers, friend.
You deserve a life that feels good for your nervous system.
Do whatever it takes to get there.
3. Don’t believe everything you think. You are the thinker, not the thoughts.
4. Not enough people talk about how physically exhausting anxiety can be.
Your nervous system will really be in shambles, you’re tired all of the time,
stomach in knots, heart racing, and mind worrying.
This is why daily, conscious self-care is so important. 💚
You have to focus on what you can control and let go of what is beyond it.
5. Worrying won’t change the outcome.
Breathe, relax, lean into ease, and choose trust over fear.
6. Shoutout to everyone feeling “behind in life.”
Know that this is a myth. Your life is unfolding at its own unique, perfect pace.
Every path is unique, and every step, no matter when it is taken, is exactly on time.
Stay the course; triumph awaits.
7. Forgive yourself for the coping mechanisms you adopted during challenging, anxious times.
8. Focus on your breathing.
The first step to relief is regulating your nervous system.
9. When you catch your mind ruminating in negativity, try to bring yourself back to the present.
Ground yourself in your surroundings and anchor yourself in this moment.
10. If anxiety starts to feel overwhelming use the 3-3-3- Rule.
Identify:
3 things that you can see,
3 sounds that you can hear, and
3 things you can physically feel.
11. Believe in yourself & your ability to overcome these feelings,
even when it feels out of your control.
