4. Major life changes such as marriage, divorce, moving, or the death of a loved one can cause stress?
5. Chronic illness, disability, injury, or caring for a loved one with a health problem can cause stress?
6. Living in a noisy, polluted, or unsafe environment can cause stress?
7. Personal beliefs, perfectionism, unrealistic expectations, or negative self-talk can lead to self-imposed stress?
