What if your fatigue wasn’t a problem to fix... but a message to understand?

In German New Medicine (GNM) — one of the main lenses I weave into my nutrition coaching — symptoms like fatigue and low energy are never random.

They’re meaningful biological processes designed to protect you and guide your wellbeing.

Here’s what your fatigue might really be telling you:

➔ If you’re in an active emotional conflict:
� Your body may slow you down on purpose.� When you feel stuck, powerless, or uncertain about your next steps, your biology wants you to pause — not push forward blindly.
� This is often what’s behind chronic fatigue.

➔ If you’re in the “healing”phase:
� After a conflict resolves (even if you aren’t fully aware of it), your body enters deep recovery.
� Fatigue here is your body’s call for rest, repair, and restoration — and it often comes with other healing symptoms like a cold, flu, or headache.
� I’ve recently been moving through my own set of symptoms and have been feeling under the weather — my body has been in need of deep rest and nurturing.

Instead of reaching for another caffeine fix, try these quick energy reset practices!

It’s natural, free and takes less time than scrolling Instagram! 🙈

Here are 4 things you can try right now 👇

1️⃣ Hydrate (1 min) – Drink a full glass of water. Bonus: add lemon (a gentle liver cleanser) or a pinch of sea salt (for essential minerals + better absorption).

2️⃣ Breathe (1 min) – Try the box breath technique: Inhale 4 seconds, hold 4,
exhale 4, hold 4.
Repeat for one minute to boost oxygen + calm your nervous system.

3️⃣ Move (1 min) – Choose your energizer:
✅ 10 jumping jacks + 5squats
✅ 30-sec plank + 10 crunches
✅ 10 pushups + 30-sec wall sit

4️⃣ Light + Nature (1 min) –
Step into sunlight (bonus: go barefoot in the grass to ground your energy).

I hear it ALL the time:

“My energy is so low.”

I get it — I’ve been there.

Before becoming a holistic nutritionist, I was riding the blood sugar rollercoaster — afternoon crashes, relying on coffee, constantly feeling drained.
