Listen, I know the messaging out there is overwhelming. In a world where we're all just trying to survive rising costs, political uncertainty, and endless expectations, new mothers face an additional mountain to climb.

If you've given birth, you've probably been bombarded with advice about what you NEED to do to prevent peeing your pants, fix your abdominal separation, or flatten that postpartum belly. I get it. The information overload is real when you're already exhausted from sleepless nights and adjusting to a completely transformed life.

But here's the truth: you don't HAVE to do anything. In this high-pressure world where we're all just trying to stay afloat, you get to CHOOSE if and when you want to address any of it.

If thinking about pelvic floor exercises and diaphragmatic breathing is adding more stress to your already taxed system, then step back and simply allow time to heal. There is no expiration date on movement benefits!

The Mama Movement is an exercise studio offering services to women trying to conceive, pregnant and postpartum. We guide and support women on their personal journeys by offering exercise classes, individual training sessions, consultations, support groups and educative workshops. We strive to create a community where we feel safe to share our experiences, our joys, our failures, our fears, and show up to support one another without shame or judgement. Our studio is a space for you to move and connect with yourself and your community.
