Your pelvic floor symptoms are NOT your fault.
Pelvic floor issues can happen to ANYONE—birth isn't the only reason. Bodies are complex. And we're STILL learning about pelvic health.
Your symptoms are part of your journey, not evidence of your failure.
You don't have to carry that guilt on top of everything else you're carrying (literally and figuratively).
