Dealing with anxiety or panic? Here are 3 powerful tools you can use anytime to help ground yourself and bring your nervous system back into balance:

1. Breathing reset 🌬️
Take a long inhale, a sharp second inhale, and then a slow, controlled exhale. This pattern helps send a signal of safety to your body and mind.

2. Bilateral stimulation ✋✨✋
Gently tap or snap on alternating sides of your body (like tapping each arm) to engage both sides of your brain. It helps calm racing thoughts and brings you back to the present moment.

3. Personal mantra 🧘‍♀️
Repeat a grounding phrase like:
“I am safe.”
“I am protected.”
“I am grounded.”
Let the words wrap around you like a warm blanket.

Anxiety can really disturb your life, but when you meet it with compassion and tools like these, you empower yourself to ride the waves instead of being pulled under.

✨ One of the things I focus on in my practice is a branch of naturopathy called trophology — the science of how certain foods can heal the body. 🌿🥦

We often hear about how certain so-called “foods” harm our bodies and contribute to illness… but let’s not forget — food can also be medicine. 🍇🫐🥕 Eating healthier can be just as life-changing as eliminating what’s harmful.

When your body is functioning optimally and you’re full of vitality, you naturally activate your self-healing power. This is something every single one of us has — just like your skin knows how to heal a scratch, your entire system has that same intelligence. 🧠

The french accent is thick today🤣🤣 I wanted to share with you simple strategies to nourish your microbiome and improve digestion! You may or may not be aware of these already, but they are a great reminder of things you can add to your diet that elevate your health!💗💗

1️⃣ Probiotics – Introduce beneficial bacteria into your gut with fermented foods like kimchi, kombucha, sauerkraut, and yogurt. These help maintain a balanced microbiome, support digestion, and boost immunity (I hate getting sick so I am all about immune health!)

2️⃣ Prebiotics – Think of these as food for your gut bacteria! Prebiotic-rich foods like garlic, onions, bananas (the less ripe the better!), and asparagus help feed and strengthen the good bacteria in your gut, making them more effective at keeping digestion smooth and inflammation low.

3️⃣ Fiber – Essential for gut motility (keeping things moving!) and overall health! Fiber slows digestion, stabilizes blood sugar, and keeps things flowing efficiently through your digestive tract. Add veggies, legumes, seeds, and whole grains to support a happy gut.

The moment I learned that the only way to truly create positive change is by accepting myself where I was—my body, my energy levels, my ups and downs—was the moment everything started to shift for the better. ✨🥰

For the longest time, I thought healing meant fixing myself, as if I something was broken. But through naturopathy, I learned that real wellness isn’t about control—it’s about connection and being gentle with your body. It’s about listening, trusting, and working with my body’s healing ability instead of against it.

When I finally stopped fighting myself and started embracing where I was, something incredible happened: I became my own friend. I started making choices out of love rather than frustration, and I could finally feel my body responding in a way that felt natural and sustainable.

So if you’ve been feeling stuck or overwhelmed, maybe the first step isn’t to push harder or do more. Maybe the first step is to pause, take a breath, and accept yourself exactly as you are. Because healing doesn’t start when you become “better”—it starts when you realize you are already enough, and you deserve to feel well. 🥰
