The NDG trio, including Despina, pre-workout this morning. We’ll all be participating in the Lutins d’Eastman races happening in Eastman (near Magog) on Saturday, December 13th—likely our last race of 2025.

First winter run. Did you go for a run today?

Post-race update: We did it!!! Sadly, Charles did not put on his hybrid dog/cow costume, but he came home with a medal nonetheless!

2024 goal: Make the jump from 5 KM to 10 KM after injuries and illness. ✅

2025 goal: Make the jump from 10 KM to 21.1 KM (half marathon). ✅

2026 goal: Do 42.2 KM (full marathon) runs for the first time in many years! The first one will be the Ottawa Tamarack on Sunday, May 24th 2026! Training begins this week!!!

We know it’s been a while since the last video… We did another race this morning! This time, it was a 15 KM run for Charles (10 KM walk for me) at the base of Mont St. Hilaire on the South Shore! It was chilly and, yes, we did get a bit of snow during the race!

Today was the day! Charles ran the half-marathon that he’d been training for since we returned from British Columbia in late-August.
