Getting ready to offer a 4-week Mindfulness course focused on the 4 Immeasurables: Loving Kindness, Sympathetic Joy, Compassion and Equanimity starting in July (every Wednesday at noon via zoom).

As the world burns with so much suffering and uncertainty, Mindfulness practices offer us the refuge of reality- remembering that we are all interconnected while reminding us that we are not free until we are all free.
As part of my Mindfulness Teacher Training Certification, I am honoured to be hosting an intimate weekend Mindfulness retreat in the Eastern Townships of Quebec (Knowlton) May 31st-June 2.
Together we will cultivate the 4 Brahmaviharas or supreme abodes of the heart: Equanimity, Loving Kindness, Sympathetic Joy and Compassion and practice Mindful movement, yoga and loving awareness practices in community in support of cultivating greater strength and resilience together.
Meals will be lovingly prepared by a gourmet chef and cost of participation will be sliding scale. Spaces are limited, so if you are interested, reach out soon for more information.

Good morning, all. I rarely post here, but want to share my updated website: jessicalemon.com where you can find my latest offerings.
What I am most excited to share is a 6-week Introduction to Mindfulness course I will be giving online beginning March 13. It is a free offering (the exchange is feedback) that will happen on zoom every Wednesday from 12-1pm.
Please message me if you are interested. I would love to foster a sense of support and inquiry in a community of diverse practitioners (no experience with meditation necessary).
