Just another day in the gym. Week 6 and wow does it feel great. I’ve upped pretty much all my weights and definitely feeling stronger. What I am also so happy about is that for my hubby’s surprise party in Saturday, I was on my feet pretty much 90% if the day and evening. Also bending and lifting things and by the end it had really done a number on my back. Especially since twice when I did take a seat for a short period of time, they were thé worst seats for my back. Unfortunately for me, it matters what I sit on and how I sit. It throws everything off in my bank and the discs bulge out and cause immense pain and discomfort.
When this happens, there are two or three exercises I repeatedly do to get those disc pushed back in. Over the past 3-4 years, It has taken at min a week or two to get this discomfort and pain to leave and to be able to function properly. Since incorporating my new tools, I am bouncing back within 24 hours with virtually no pain and little discomfort if any. I am truly mind blown by this and so grateful. 🙏🏼 After Saturday, I honestly thought there was no way I would get in the gym this week, another set back BUT , this is DAY 2 this week and I’m feeling so motivated. Despite having so much fluff on me, I am beginning to see some gains from my hard work and I have some well deserved losses!
