🗣Lymphatic drainage is not miraculous💣🫣
I know you love seeing before-and-after photos, but I don't want you to get the wrong idea about my work. I don't want you to think, "This is the body I should have." 🙅♀️
Many of my clients prefer lymphatic drainage for the feeling of well-being it makes them feel, not for their physical appearance.
Of course, it's a great way to decongest. It's my job, and I love it. But it's important to understand this ⬇️
What you eat is essential to your physical and mental health. A healthy diet produces less waste for your lymphatic system to eliminate, and avoiding processed foods high in salt, sugar, and preservatives will reduce the risk of congestion. So, make smart choices!
Drinking water is essential for all aspects of your health, including your lymphatic system! So, don't neglect this simple advice:
"drink water."
And the cherry on top: regular exercise is a great way to stimulate and detoxify your lymphatic system. Engaging in daily physical activity will improve the health of your lymph. So, sweat, sweat all the bad out.
