Being aware of Instrinsic Self Care and using it to enhance your Self love is so very important! ❤

Self love is the foundation to having a a consistent Self Care.

👉🏾ASKFFIRMATIONS.Instead of using simple "I Am" affirmations, turn it in the form of a question.

The results are mind boogling because the brain doesn't discard the Affirmation as "True" or False" immediately. ✅❌
When caught with a question, the brain searches for an answer! 🔍

Turn "I am confident" to "Why am I so confident"

Turn " I am capable of anything"
to " How come I am capable of anything I put my mind to?"

👉🏾Write down your every thoughts... the concept of JOURNALING is more than just that secret diary you kept under your pillow the beginning of High School! 📒

You are not your thoughts. They are meant to be released. Not pent up.
Sometimes we don't find ourselves the time to let out what our heart and our minds carries and we get heavier without realizing.

Keep a notebook near you and bring it along side you when your at your work desk, on the bus ride, at a cafe. 🚍☕

Write down your every thoughts...Yeah! Even the goofiest ones!

Le Beurre de Karité est vraiment un must dans ta routine de soin!

✅Doux, Organique et Naturelle.

✅Contrairement à ce qu'on pourrait croire, elle convient à TOUS les types de peau!

✅ Dans le dictionnaire, à côté du mot "Hydratation" devrait se trouver une photo de Beurre de Karité... On attend seulement la mise à jour!

Je suis parfois à la recherche de crème hydratante dans les pharmacies ou les boutique cosmétique.
Mais je finis toujours par revenir vers les Beurres fouéttés à base de Beurre de Karité.

If Self Care is so easy and fun why is it so hard for people to actually maintain any forms of it in their daily lives? 💔

Guilt, Shame, Unworthiness.

Self Care cannot be performed if there is no Self Love.
These terms are getting popularized which is awesome. Yet it still seems like such an abstract and misunderstood oncept. 🚧

Most of us struggle with Self love one way or another. For a multitude of reasons...

Which means it's hard to be consistent with any Self Care routine in the long term. I personally know I can't upkeep any habit if I don't believe in it...or if I don't believe I am worthy of it.

Self Care is exercising a simple pleasurable experience deep rooted in the subconscious feelings that you are worthy. 🏆

That's why you might find it hard to upkeep it on the daily.

Self Care is hard because it challenges preconceived thoughts that you hold about what you sense you deserve.

Self care is hard because it challenges the view points of the people around you, the people who project their unworthiness onto you. "If I don't make the time to do this, why should you?"

But at last, if you aren't able to tell the world around you to shut up. Or the world within you to shut up. 🗣
