Awareness Breathwork Why Breathwork? Breathwork is a somatic experience that helps us release trauma through the body and not just only through verbal articulation.

Breathwork is a gentle but yet powerful somatic experience where we use the breath as a tool to access unconscious limiting beliefs and trauma stored in the body.
*** All services are offered in English, French and Spanish*** It helps us to gain consciousness and the necessary understanding of anything that is not easy accessible through traditional therapy. It is a gentle approach that uses breath as a tool in order to access our subconsciousness, allowing us to transcend the mind and release emotions as well as past traumas of birth and childhood. It is through this process that we can bring clarity and purpose to our life. Yet, at the same time it allows the body to repair itself on a cellular level. Breathwork is in essence a deep dive into the center of our own being. A few of the benefits are:

- 70% of the toxins of the body are released through the breath itself- the more we breathe the more we release.

- Access the source of information of dis-ease and transforms it by understanding the thoughts and believe system behind it.

- Access expanded states of consciousness in order to bring clarity to our unique paths and life purpose.

- Helps to heal wounds from the past including patterns and imprints of birth and childhood.

- Increases the experience of inner peace and surrender.

- Reduces stress and anxiety by increasing the energy and well-being.

- Transcends the mind and emotions and supports the awakening to the truth of who you really are


Beyond Meditation...

While the mind is in a deep state of meditation, we are able to uncover things about ourselves that have created a burden in our life up until now. These uncoverings often function as the catalyst towards the liberation that the inner self is longing for. Most recent studies in the world of therapy have shown that one does not fully integrate those new uncoverings on purely the psychological level but that they need to be intergrated as well on a physical level through the body itself. Breathwork, being a somatic experience, gives you the tool to get to those states of consciousness and also be able to fully integrate them through the body. CERTIFIED BREATHWORK PRACTITIONER

Joignez-vous à nous pour une soirée de connexion et d’exploration à travers le cacao, le mouvement bioénergétique et la respiration consciente connectée.
La soirée commencera par un cercle d’ouverture et un moment avec le cacao pour éveiller le cœur et poser une intention commune.
Nous utiliserons de simples exercices d’introspection pour apaiser le mental et revenir au moment présent.
Nous explorerons ensuite la libération du corps avec des pratiques de bioénergie guidées par Clément, puis un voyage intérieur de respiration consciente connectée guidé par Naran, facilitateur en Awareness Breathwork.
La soirée se conclura par un cercle de partage où chacun pourra exprimer ce qu’il souhaite dans un espace d’écoute et de présence.
Ce qu’il faut apporter :
• un oreiller
• un tapis de yoga ou de camping
• des vêtements confortables et chauds pour respirer et bouger
• une gourde d’eau
• un masque pour les yeux (facultatif)
• des couvertures ou un sac de couchage pour rester à l’aise et au chaud pendant la cérémonie de respiration (facultatif)
• tout objet vous permettant de rester confortable durant la séance de respiration
• de la curiosité et de l’ouverture d’esprit :)

Most of what we believe about ourselves was never consciously chosen.
It was learned, until it felt true.

But a thought, no matter how convincing, isn’t reality.
When we begin to question it, the grip softens.
We stop reacting, and start seeing.

This is where real clarity begins
not by thinking more, but by seeing what’s already here.

The breath takes us where words can’t.
It reveals what the mind avoids and what the heart remembers.

Through breathwork, we don’t try to fix or control anything,
we listen.

To the tension, the emotion, the truth that’s already here.
And as we breathe, presence begins to return.
