Depuis l'incendie nous avons établi de nouveaux locaux au deuxième étage de l'immeuble de bureaux situé à côté de notre ancienne maison funéraire, située au 201 Avenue Cartier, Suite 201. Cet espace de bureau nous permet de rencontrer les familles et de faire les arrangements. Nous avons également établi un partenariat avec l'Église de Saint-Jean-Baptiste située au 233 avenue Ste-Claire, à Pointe-Claire. C'est là que les familles peuvent avoir des visites, des services et des réceptions pendant que nous nous remettons de l'incendie.

Since the fire at Collins Clarke MacGillivray White we have established new office space on the second floor of the office building next to our former funeral home, located at 201 Avenue Cartier, Suite 201. This office space allows us to meet with families and make final arrangements. We have also partnered with the Church of Saint John the Baptist located at 233 Ste-Claire Avenue, Pointe-Claire. This is where families can have visitations, services and receptions while we recover from the fire.

While the fire presented significant challenges, we are grateful for the outpouring of support from the community during this difficult time. We are pleased to announce that we have established temporary office space to ensure uninterrupted service to our community. This new office space, next to Collins Clarke MacGillivray at 201 Cartier Avenue, Pointe-Claire, will allow us to continue providing the support and assistance that families need during their time of loss. Our dedicated team is working diligently to maintain the highest standards of care and compassion during this transition period.

Additionally, we are planning to rebuild the funeral home, and working closely with the city of Pointe-Claire for the required permits.

At Collins Clarke MacGillivray White Funeral Home, we understand that families are at the heart of every community, and their well-being is our utmost concern. In the aftermath of the recent fire, we want to assure our community that our cleanup efforts are centered around ensuring the safety and comfort of every family affected. Our focus remains on being thorough during the recovery process, which will continue to be a long and extensive progression. At this phase in the process, all of the urns impacted from the fire have been recovered and all of the families have been contacted. However, some of the contact information we have on file is no longer in use. Next week we will establish temporary office space that will remain in place until we reconstruct the funeral home. It will be located next to Collins Clarke MacGillivray White at 201 Cartier Avenue, Pointe-Claire. We are also collaborating with local churches so families can continue to have services for their loved ones. Families that want to see their loved ones’ urns must make an appointment by calling 514-483-1870.
