L’acupuncture agit sur le système nerveux et immunitaire en favorisant des mécanismes régulateurs et le transport de substances pouvant agir sur l’inflammation et la réponse histaminique et immunitaire(IgE) (1)(2)(3). Une r***e systématique de 13 essais clinique randomnisé (ECR) (5) démontre une amélioration significative des symptômes de rhinite et de rhino-conjonctivite selon le questionnaire «RQLQ» (rhinoconjunctivitis quality of life questionnaire). En 2015, le périodique américain spécialisé en ORL (Otorhinolaryngology Head Neck Surgery Journal) mentionnait l’acupuncture dans leurs recommandations de traitements non-pharmacologique valables pour la rhinite allergique (4). ⁣
